newjili login | Access Your Newjili Account

First, check that your registered mobile number is active on the network and has signal. OTP codes are usually delivered within 30 seconds. If you have not received it after 2 minutes, try requesting a new code — sometimes SMS takes a moment to arrive. Make sure your number is not blocked by your telco. If you are still having trouble, contact our support team with your registered email address.

Yes, you can log in from multiple devices simultaneously. For example, you can be logged in on your phone and desktop at the same time. However, all activity is tied to your single account, so any actions — deposits, withdrawals, or game play — will be recorded together. For security, if you notice login activity you do not recognise, log out of all sessions immediately and change your password.

On the login page, click "Forgot password?" and enter your email address or mobile number. You will receive a secure link via email to reset your password. The link is valid for one hour. Once you create a new password, you can log back in immediately. Make sure you create a strong, unique password with a mix of uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and special characters.

Go to your account settings after logging in and look for the mobile number section. To change it, you will need to verify the current number first, then add the new number. A confirmation OTP will be sent to the new number to activate it. This process is in place to prevent unauthorised changes to your account recovery details.

While Newjili uses SSL encryption on all connections — which protects your data even on public WiFi — it is generally safer to log in on a private, secure network. If you must use public WiFi, avoid accessing sensitive account features like making withdrawals. Since your login is protected by OTP, even if someone intercepts your password, they cannot access your account without your phone.

If you notice suspicious activity, change your password immediately. Log out of all active sessions from the account settings. Then check your account history and transaction log for any unauthorised activity. If you have lost funds or see transactions you do not recognise, contact our support team right away with details. We take account security very seriously and will investigate any suspected compromise.
