1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Newjili platform, including the website, mobile apps, game lobby, betting features, and any other service made available under the Newjili brand. They form a legally binding agreement between you (the "User") and Newjili (the "Platform").

3 Account Rules

One account per person. Each user is permitted a single registered account on Newjili. Creating duplicate or linked accounts — whether to exploit promotions or for any other reason — is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts.

Keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and OTP codes. Newjili will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you suspect unauthorised access, change your password immediately and contact our support team.

• Do not share your login details with anyone.
• Log out of shared devices after each session.
• Enable available two-factor or OTP verification for added security.

4 Gameplay & Wagering

Deposits: Funds are credited to your account upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times may vary by method. Newjili is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawals: Before a withdrawal can be processed, your account must be fully verified (KYC completed). Requests are typically reviewed within 1–3 business days. Newjili may request additional documentation before releasing funds, particularly for larger amounts.

• Withdrawals will only be sent to accounts or wallets registered under your verified name.

7 Prohibited Conduct

9 Limitation of Liability

Newjili provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to keep things running smoothly, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we cannot be held liable for:

• Losses arising from technical outages, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues.
• Decisions made by users based on information displayed on the platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses related to use of the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be limited under applicable Philippine consumer protection law. Our total liability to any user for any single claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
